It is made of 316-grade polished stainless steel that won't have any wear and tear no matter where you use it!
Q: Why shouldn't I just use any tube or straw for deep breathing?
Random products don't have the perfect amount of resistance that Moksha was designed for, so they won't slow your exhalation properly. Moksha also has sensors that interact with your breath, making it more fun to do breathwork!
Q: Why is this better than just practicing breathing exercises?

Q: How long do I need to use it?
Generally, this deep breathing tool only takes around 1-2 minutes to calm your mind. While you are going about your day if you suddenly need something to help reduce the stress, it is important to have something with you at all times you know will kick in quickly.
