We accept returns and exchanges of undamaged and unused items for up to 30 days after purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original condition.
Due to COVID, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been used or opened.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1) Contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return or exchange
2) We will send you a prepaid shipping label in order to return the item to our business address
3) Once we receive the product in original condition back, we will notify you if the return has been accepted or rejected
4) A refund will take 3-5 business days to process onto your original form of payment. Exchanges will be sent out within the same time period and are subject to USPS shipping times.
